Privacy Policy

This policy explains what GEO AI Studio, a service of GEO Marketing Group, collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Brand kit data: business name, industry, phone, colors, and similar details you enter.
• Files you upload, such as your logo.
• The content you generate: your requests, images and captions.
• Payment status from Stripe (your plan and whether payments succeeded). Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• A one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit free-trial abuse.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
• Stripe: payments.
• fal.ai: image generation.
• Anthropic: caption writing and content screening.
• Resend: email delivery.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on sign-in.
• Railway: application hosting.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Generated files are kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days of the request, except records we must keep by law (such as billing records).
